Randy Bailey
Mr. Bailey has been involved with the design, development, construction and management of communication towers for over 24 years. He was founder and CEO of a group of companies including Sigma Construction, Vanguard Towers, Peak Properties, Inc., EnviroTech Services, Wireless Engineering Services, Vanguard Towers Mexico, and MBI Aviation, with offices located in Jena, LA, Baton Rouge, LA, Houston, TX, Jackson, MS, Mobile, AL, and Mexico City, MX. This business enterprise completed over 600 communication tower sites in the Southern and Midwestern United States and Mexico.
Randy Bailey

In 1999 Mr. Bailey received the National Design Award for a “Stealth Site” located in Gulf Breeze, FL.
In 2001 he was awarded “Small Businessman of the Year”-State of Louisiana District 6, awarded by the Louisiana Economic Development Board and was also named the 2002 LaSalle Parish Outstanding Businessman of the Year which was awarded by the LaSalle Economic Development Board.
More recently, Mr. Bailey’s focus has been tower development and telecommunications construction from his offices in St Louis, MO, Dallas, TX, Houston, TX, San Antonio, TX and Colorado Springs, CO. providing construction services for a variety of customers including; Cingular, Verizon, At&T, General Dynamics, Goodman Networks, T-Mobile, American Tower, CLS Group, SiteMaster, Alltel and Cricket Communications.

Edward Dunn

Edward Dunn
Dr. Dunn is a deeply experienced I.T. executive with 20+ years of experience in product management, agile development cycles, systems architecture and engineering, cloud infrastructure and deployment, and product development. He has served numerous roles in the technology industry, including founder and CEO of Blue Crab Group and Alpha Networks and Developers, CTO of ArcMail Technology, Managing Partner and Director of Systems Engineering at Integrated Network Solutions, and Consulting Storage Engineer for Dell where he led consulting engagements for Fortune 100 clients.
A Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Dr. Dunn also holds certifications and advanced degrees in neuro-linguistic programming and psychology. This diverse combination of training and experience uniquely qualifies him to assemble and lead cohesive, results-driven, and accountable technical teams.
It additionally affords rare and pragmatic customer facing insights during design phases of B2B and B2C initiatives.
As a marketer, Dr. Dunn founded Blue Crab Connect – a cutting edge digital agency comprised of best-in-class experts from design firms, graphics houses, marketing consultancies, sales training consortiums, and behavioral psychology practices. Dr. Dunn’s marketing teams represents decades of successful marketing campaign creation and deployment.
Justin Bailey
Mr. Bailey is a senior software architect with 7 years of experience in software engineering and 11 years of experience in all phases of cell phone tower construction and testing. Has created and maintained groundbreaking applications for telecommunication infrastructure and file / project management in correlation with top-performers in all positions of the industry.
Mr. Bailey holds Bachelor of Science degrees in both physics and mathematics
