Augmentation & Enhancements

Signups

We provide a customizable signup form that you can embed in your website to funnel new customers directly into Sonar as leads. Our system compares the location of these signups to your defined market foot print to either set them up for a signal test or inform them they are not currently in a serviceable area.

Automation

Workflows are tedious; automate them. Our servers respond to Sonar Account status changes to automatically perform workflows, create and update tickets, (re-)assigning tickets and jobs to the right people, notifying  the appropriate team members in Slack so they can stay on top of things that can only be done manually, etc.

Companion App

We have built an offline-first browser and mobile app to support signal testing, installation, and custom reporting from Sonar. Field technicians are guided through the signal testing and installation process so that all required data is collected every time, even if the location being tested is not within cell coverage. Office staff can pull reports from your Sonar instance that combine more data than what you can be pulled from Sonar directly. The app also provides a place to document all  required regulatory information for your network and to audit your Sonar inventory to ensure that everything that should be logged is, in fact, accurate.

Effective marketing is a first consideration, mission critical component of any successful rollout. Whether standing up a brand new ISP or expanding into new markets. Marketing  is not only a sales tool, it is an invaluable market intelligence tool as well. We all know that the various data sources that are available, whether FCC 477 data, state level data sets, census block data, address level data, any numerous others, are inherently incomplete. While these data sets, when incorporated into sophisticated mapping scenarios, may point to a potentially viable market, the map is never the territory. Additionally, the awarding and dispersal of federal and state grants must be brought into the equation as a data point. In order to build confidence in a potential market, these data and marketing initiatives are only a first series of steps.

Prior to developing and deploying a new network site, you need to know if there are customers available to serve in that area. Ad campaigns will tell if there is sufficient interest in an area to justify a deployment but where do you run those campaigns? Let the data tell the tale. We correlate multiple data sources to determine if an area is likely in need of service and whether government funded connectivity is already being deployed in the area. Once we have narrowed down a number of areas in your desired footprint, the marketing campaigns can be leveraged to validate where best to deploy.

Network Visualization

Data visualization tells a story that no table or list can. We produce RF propagation studies to estimate coverage and overlay these with your current customers, leads, and signal tests so you can see a complete picture of your proposed network. We use this data mapping to produce a visualized area around your network sites identifying new potential customers.

How does your pricing work?

Our pricing is based on a subscription model. You choose which services best suit your needs and the monthly subscription pricing is based on the services you choose. ISPs typically have different in-house capabilities. Once you decide which services and software you prefer to outsource, we will provide you with a custom pricing quote.

Do you come to our location?

If together we determine that an on-prem presence is best, yes - we will come to you. We have, however, found that in most cases, the work can be performed remotely. Usually an on-prem visit, if required, is during the initial roll-out and configuration of the software and services.

Do you provide training?

Yes. All of our integrations, augmentations, and deployments include training your staff in the proper use of the tools. We make sure that your personnel have a crystal-clear understanding of how to get the most out of the new features and functionality.

What about support?

We offer full support plans for all of the software and services you select. The support includes a priority ticketing system, first-line email support, live chat support, and phone support as needed. Each support plan is custom tailored to your needs.

Do you offer consulting services that are outside the scope of your regular offerings?

Yes. We are not only a software and services shop; we are also an in-the-trenches ISP ourselves. All of our offerings were built based on experience.
